The hotel is located in a nice area in front of a park and is very close to Kinugawaonsen station. the rooms are not well-maintained with dirty bed sheets and spider nets around the windows and terrace. the Wi-fi is also slow and almost impossible to get a signal. Breakfast is not worth it and it is better to find a nearby convenience store. the rooftop onsen is the best part of the hotel.
The hotel lacks proper cleaning and maintenance.

Great location, stunning views, and relaxing outdoor baths. This hotel offers the best location one could ask for, just a short walk from the station and situated right by the river with beautiful views from every room. The private outdoor bath was a highlight of my stay and provided a serene and calming experience. The hotel is well-maintained and outstandingly clean.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had a private outdoor bath with stunning views, which was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. the traditional Japanese style room was very comfortable and well heated, making it a cozy retreat. the location was also great, within walking distance to the train station and offering beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The dinner and breakfast buffets were not up to par and could use improvement. the available toiletries were lacking, so it would be best to bring your own.

The view from the room was nice and we had a comfortable bed. , the staff was helpful, as they provided us with all the necessary information and were always available. the location was convenient, as it allowed us to easily get around the area.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor, which affected our stay. We found several insects in the room and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
